Privacy Policy

1. Data we process

Your account (email, company name, password stored only in hashed form), your AI assistants' activity (call log and usage counters), and your subscription. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe; we never have access to it.

The credentials of the applications you connect are encrypted and used solely to execute the requests of your authorized assistants.

2. Why

Providing the service and supporting you (contract), securing the platform (legitimate interest), billing (contract and legal obligations), and sending the emails the account needs to work.

3. Data from your applications

Content from your third-party applications transits through our servers only to be delivered to your AI assistants: we then act as your data processor, on your sole instructions. Only the activity log (the call made and a summary of its outcome) is retained, so you can review what your assistants do.

4. Recipients

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is shared only with the technical providers the service requires (hosting, payments, email delivery), located in the European Union or offering GDPR-compliant safeguards. The applications you connect receive your assistants' requests under their own policies.

5. Retention

Upon account closure, access to third-party applications is revoked; other workspace data is retained for up to 90 days (allowing reactivation), then deleted — or earlier upon request. Billing documents are kept for the legally required periods.

6. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: write to contact@proxoria.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL — cnil.fr).

7. Cookies

Only a session cookie required for authentication, plus your local preferences (language, theme). No advertising or tracking cookies — so no consent banner is required.

8. Changes

Any substantial change to this policy is brought to your attention.
