  Update an existing article's default-language fields (title, body, description, state, author). For per-locale translations use update_article_translation; for collection placement use set_article_collections. Publishing only happens if you set state to published. Writes to Intercom, so it goes through the confirmation guardrail when enabled.

  Place an existing article in one or more collections/sections (replaces its current placement). Writes to Intercom, so it goes through the confirmation guardrail when enabled.

  Create or update an article's translation for a locale. The translation is saved as a draft unless state is explicitly set to published.

  List conversations, most recent first (paginated). Use startingAfter to page. Good for mining recent support questions (e.g. to draft help-center articles).

  Get a conversation by id, including its message parts. Set plaintext to strip HTML from the message bodies.

  Reply to a conversation as an admin. messageType 'comment' is sent to the customer; 'note' (default) is an internal note that stays private. Writes to Intercom, so it goes through the confirmation guardrail when enabled.

  Assign a conversation to an admin or a team. Writes to Intercom, so it goes through the confirmation guardrail when enabled.
